Free pole light inspections for new commercial properties only.*
*Terms and Condition of Pole lights and Wall Packs night inspection as follows:
Visual night inspections would consist of patrolling the property during the night, tagging all pole lights and wall pack lights that are found not operable. Once the night inspection has been completed we will then make a full detailed report for the property manager's approval. There will be a guaranteed reduced rate if repairs are approved and accepted within 5 business days from the date the report is submitted. However if approval for repairs are not granted within 5 business days you will automatically be invoiced for one hour of labor at the regular rate.
